Basic Information
Lowercase, underscores only. No spaces.
Template Structure
For TEXT headers only
Use {{1}}, {{2}}, etc. for variables. Example: "Hello {{1}}, your order {{2}} is ready!"
Small text at bottom of message

Template Guidelines

  • UTILITY: Order updates, appointment reminders, account notifications - Fast approval
  • MARKETING: Promotions, offers, newsletters - Include opt-out
  • AUTHENTICATION: OTP codes, verification - Very fast approval
  • Variables: Use {{1}}, {{2}} for dynamic content you'll fill when sending
